Onstream Pipeline Inspection Services Inc. is a growing provider of inline inspection services to pipeline operators in Canada and the USA. Due to continued growth, Onstream is now accepting applications for the position of In-line Inspection Data Analyst (Level 2-3) for our Houston location. This position requires the analysis of data recorded by Onstream Pipeline MFL and Geometry inline inspection tools, correlation to verification measurements, and compilation of survey results.

Essential Functions
• Perform inspection data quality assessments
• Interpret MFL and Geometry pipeline inspection data recorded by the Onstream inspection tools to determine anomaly location(s), categorization and depth on oil and gas pipelines
• Correlate analysis results to inspection data from previous years
• Take hands-on measurements of corrosion samples provided to Onstream from our clients. Correlate this information to Interpreted results from inspection data
• Apply anomaly interaction rules
• Perform standard and non-standard analysis
• Perform Final QA/QC checks on final reports
• Review customer specification requirements
• Organize and produce final report of inspection results, present to client when necessary
• Interface with clients via telephone, email and in person. Communicate analysis findings and provide support for excavations and measurement results
• Work in a team environment collaborating and sharing knowledge and experiences
• Establish techniques and procedures (Level 3)

Education, Experience & Credentials
• Completion with passing grade, of at least two years of engineering or science study at a university, college or technical school; or an additional two years of experience
• 5+ years equivalent inline inspection MFL/GEO data analysis experience (with supporting Certifications of achieved competency)
• Advanced knowledge of PHMSA Part 192 and 195 regulations, API, NACE and ASME Standards and Recommended Practices
• Level 2/3 MFL/GEO historical certification
• Maintain a valid drivers license in order to attend in-person client meetings as required
• Experience and training in non-destructive testing (NDT) preferred
